Picked up my new DS4 Performance Line+ today ordered in April and could not be happier. The whole car buying experience at Robins & Day was a breeze, from the warm welcome and on to Abad who was especially helpful in getting me seated and mobile. Everything that could be prepared was pre- done and every question that I asked was answered fully and in full detail even when I repeated myself. The whole experience was a real pleasure and went without a hitch.
Alex looked after us very well. Nothing was to much trouble. He was very professional and really helpful. Would not hesitate to go back to him for our next car
Excellent service from beginning to end. Customer service was excellent and saw the cars already chosen and showed a different car which was bought. Test drive was done and salesperson Olivia was excellent from start to finish, friendly and professional and followed up after purchasing the car.

I've used this dealership for many years, the service and sales team have always been helpful and friendly, recently had major work carried out on my cactus, Ashleigh on service department was very helpful keeping informed on the progress of repairs and helping out with a courtesy car. I'd like to thank her and all the technicians involved in providing me with excellent service. Would use them again with no fear of any issues, couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks again for the service.
Came in for servicing today. Josh was on hand and attentive and answered all our questions with ease. He came out to our car and helped us with your Citroen app and apple car play. We will be back next year!
Alex provided such an incredible and outstanding service from order to collection. I love my new Citroen C3 and I know it will be well looked after by the service team, especially Josh who is so friendly.
So. I take my C5 Aircross with SOS button issue. They make the diagnostic and comes up is the battery from the SOS unit. Ok, I changed the battery, still nothing. They was saying we will fix it but I need to take back again the car for this I been there 3 times so no problem. I took back the car again and still nothing. I asked my money back then because they was saying IS NOTHING TO DO. I didn't get my money back because they was saying the battery was used for a few days already. So they changed me £293.60 for nothing, they didn't fix the problem. The manager is very ignorant and no care of clients at all.
