Came to Manchester to meet a different car dealer and was let down as the car wasn't as good as advertised. Had a look on Google maps for another dealership in the area as to not waste an hour journey down there. I found Manchester Motor Sales Ltd and they had the car I was after. It was a better price, better quality and had less mileage than the one I originally came for! The guys running the company were really friendly, trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with which made me feel confident with my purchase. As It was my first car, they also sorted delivery as I was unsure about driving it home along the motorway as I hadn't driven in nearly a year. I've been driving my new car the last couple of days and I am very happy with my purchase. Would recommend! Thanks again!
Cars supposingly come with 3 months parts and labour warranty, Dont believe it, it's a sales stunt to draw you in. my car was faulty from the start I rang within the first week of ownership but as soon as they got my phone number they no longer answered the phone to me so rang on anouther phone and just keep getting fobbed off , i have rang over 20 times in 6 weeks ,they have no intention of sorting this car. Now I have a £900 garage bill.. Just luck if you get a good car , if not your on your own.

I purchased a corsa recently from Manchester motor sales & the whole experience was great. The car broke down after two months of driving it, there was some minor issues, got in touch with the guys at the dealership & they got the car repaired and covered all the costs within no time & now the car drives fantastic. Great after sales service & super friendly people. I felt comfortable from the moment I called them and enquired until the very end. Thank you again guys for such a smooth process.

I bought a car from them on a Saturday, soon as I drove it home I could hear knocking. Took it to garage at my first opportunity on the Wednesday, it had extremely worn and corroded brake disks, handbrake cable was ready to snap and only worked on one side, coil spring front right snapped, rattling exhaust and rubber ready to snap and front DRL light not working. Rang them and told them the price to fix and gave them the opportunity to fix, dropped it back to them the same day as they advised they would sort. 5 days later on the Tuesday I collected the car. Soon as I drove off I could still feel the car pulling left and heavy to turn right. Next morning I drove it straight back to the garage, they had fixed the coil spring and brake pipe HOWEVER they didn’t check the hand brake cable worked as it has seized on the back right wheel and was dangerously heating the brake disc and alloys. They claimed they ‘couldn’t get new brakes’ even though the front left brake pad was stuck in calliper and not touching the wheel. The exhaust hadn't been fixed and the car still wasn’t road legal, I then spent 4 and a half hours in the cold myself at the garage while the mechanic ran a new electrical cable from the fuse box to the front right DRL light to get it to work. For a week and a half of having the car it wasn’t even on the road, the men claimed ‘it’s just coz it’s been sat there’. How this apparently passed an MOT 3 months earlier with no advisory’s I don’t believe it. They will not reimburse me the money I have spent to get it fixed after initially not knocking any money off the price. This company should not be AA approved as the cars they sell aren’t fit for purpose. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
I bought a used car off these guys, it had part service history and a years MOT. I would come back here again in the future if I needed another car. The guys are friendly too and I didn’t feel under any pressure to buy a car. After sales is decent.

Paid deposit and agreed price and delivery costs for a car advertised as having a new clutch and timing chain. Two days later was told it was a new clutch cable not full clutch, but agreed to continue with sale and paid full amount and was told the car would be delivered on Wednesday. On Tuesday I was advised they were waiting to confirm delivery details for the next day but on the Wednesday I was then told the car was still in a garage having the timing chain done. I was then told delivery would be Friday - it wasn't. I was then told it would be by the end of the week - it wasn't. Then told by 7pm on Monday - it wasn't. Then Tuesday afternoon - No. Then Tuesday evening - No. Then Wednesday morning, then Wednesday by 1pm - both No, and then Wednesday afternoon. Received a pone call at 5pm saying they couldn't deliver as the engine light had come on - on a car that was supposedly MOT'd this week. I have been fobbed off and misled for about 10 days now. I have lost time and money with cancelling insurance policy and waiting for delivery of a car that didn't come and they are trying to delay paying me back the money they owe me. This was my daughters first car and the excitement of that has pretty much wore off. I very rarely leave bad reviews as I'm conscious that this is someone's business but from a buyers perspective this has been absolutely shocking. Every step of the way I have had to chase up and request updates and a number of my texts and calls have been unanswered.
Ha ha I bought a Toyota Audi’s of these jerks you knoe the mot was dodgy NO advisories yeah had car checked by AA dangerous car he said should be advisories brake pads worn right down capillaries j all gone head gasket gone he said smoke was cos dpf yeah right none on this model- tried to take car back as he said could do but guy wasn’t having it - never replied to calls- he knew my mum had just passed but still ripped me o ff hope courts can sort this and stop them selling. Please don’t buy from this guy,,,,, the reviews are fake- stay clear reminds me off Arthur Daley .
