First class service. I'm a Porsche novice .  Everyone at RPM  are very welcoming and enthusiastic about the cars and the service they provide. Nothing was too much trouble and my wife and I felt reassured by they way they treated us. We were highly delighted with  the care and attention they had given to the car prior to handover, picking up and correcting things that we would never have noticed. To cap it all they are genuinely nice people who clearly pride themselves on the exemplary service they offer. Thanks to all.

OMG,

Can I just say the minute we walked into RPM we were met by the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff I have ever met. They took real pride and talked passionately about everything Porsche.
We went there not really knowing what we were looking for, apart from a Porsche obviously. The technicians walked us around the workshop/showroom and informed us about everything thing they did, answered all our questions brilliantly.

We were then introduced to joint owner Nick, well what a fantastic guy, nothing was to much trouble. He took us out for a test drive, chatted to us about Porsche and just about everything else lol. He was brilliant made me want to buy a car from this company, so I did. A fantastic looking 981 Cayman.
On collection of the vehicle, it was presented to me in showroom condition, with all servicing done and up to date. 

So I just want to say a massive thank you to all the guys at RPM and especially to Nick and Andy for making my purchase such an easy pleasurable one. 
When we are back in the area we will pop in for a brew and a chat.

From “calling in” several years ago to see what it was all about, to today after a nervous period of diagnostic repairs and regular maintenance work on our 964, the whole Team at RPM have been absolutely great to deal with. We have regularly made the 160 mile round trip up to Knaresbrough for servicing as well as dropping by for a chat just because we were [almost] passing. We also have experience of both buying and selling vehicles at RPM, they are fair, understanding and knowledgable, interested in you and your Porsche. The workshop is always busy but spotless and their open door approach is what makes a visit there more like a trip out to see friends and less like the typically daunting proposition of taking a Porsche to a garage! Well done guys, thanks for everything and keep up the good work, see you soon.

I took my 997.1 Carrera S here to have numerous issues resolved shortly after buying the car from a cowboy 'Classic Porsche' trader in Yorkshire. The team accommodated me throughout at very short notice and saw each and every issue through to resolution.
Highly rate their friendly open door approach and could not rate Dave, Ash and Craig, who I dealt with, highly enough - incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about all things Porsche!

I visited yesterday to have a fault investigated and found the guys in the workshop to be really helpful, knowledgeable and also give me some tips and tricks.  

I will be back to get my car serviced in the not so distant future.
