I would NOT recommend using these guys to come out and do any work. My 80 year old parents used them to replace their integral washing machine. The new machine took 1hr to fill with water a 3 hrs to complete a cycle. When I checked it this was how they left the plumbing. Clearly a standard inlet hose was too short to reach properly as it was badly kinked. They were too lazy to pull it out and put a longer hose on it. When I went to the shop to speak to them they were very dismissive and said they didn't leave it like that and said my 80 year old parents must have pulled the washing machine out after they had gone and done this! When I said that is completely ridiculous, they said 'well that is your word against ours' They didn’t care 1 little bit Shocking work and shocking customer service

Great local company - the company inspected my washing machine on the day I called them. Despite the unusual pump on the machine, they were able to find a replacement and it was up and running two days later. Cheaper than KnowHow....

Tony came to repair cooker, expected huge amount as call - out fee for manufacturers' engineer was exhorbantly expensive. When told Tony make and fault he came straight away - fixed on spot - at very reasonable charge. Fast, efficient firm, extremely courteous, glad I support a local business. Will do so again - and recommend to friends etc. Fantastic!

First class service, fast, honest and efficient, can't fault them and would highly recommend. Really happy to support some local independent 'good guys', well done.
