Beautiful place for a leisurely walk. Was very busy the last time I went which resulted in a lot of traffic backed up. I've been on quieter days & spent hours walking hardly seeing a soul. Jay's & Jackdaws sighted, lots of lovely autumn colours right now!
Absolutely gorgeous park with lots of variety; a fishing mere, miniature railway, woods and routes through to Thurstaston Common. Really well-kept and great for dog walking. Large car park, free of charge, with toilets and a tap/bowl for dogs to have a drink.
A great place for a walk in the woods or a picnic in the fields. Really lovely, will definitely return with family post covid!
This time of year don't forget your Wellingtons as the paths are mud. This is a beautiful park with excellent walking paths
Hidden gem of a walk..views over the River Dee and Mersey and spectacular scenery out towards Snowdonia. We will definitely be returning..
Lovely walks thorough leafy woodland. Strong footwear r recommend No public toilets currently unavailable due to Covid. Highly recommended.
Beautiful park for walking, couple of nice Caffes and an ice cream van to boot. During non vivid times there for s even an award winning model railway to ride on a Saturday every month in summer and a grotto at Christmas.
