Wow, what a quality service this is. I went for the exchange option, where RSW send me the steering wheel & all of its features that I’ve specifically requested. After posting the wheel to me, I simply swap over all buttons, trims and paddles etc, I then send my old wheel away back to them. Job done. 10 out of 10 wheel upgrade, the quality of materials is top notch. The communication via email was nice, keeping me updated on the progress of my order. Very pleased, many thanks.
Brilliant service from Jack at Royal Steering Wheels. So many people have told me how good they are and they were right Had a steering wheel upgrade on my old X3 & it really enhances the driving. Jack is now completing an alcantara trim on my Porsche PDK gearknob. Highly recommend them. Just had my wheel done by Jack and over the moon. Superb quality. The man himself is a lovely chap, explains everything and then tests everything with you to ensure all the various buttons work well. Had spirited drive home and feels great to use. Highly recommended! New and old wheel attached for comparison.
