The waiting area could be bigger so people do not have to queue out side in adverse weather

My experience was fine I was in and out but the lady on the reception was quite rude to a few people infront of me.

Open every day except Sundays, Late night opening on Thursday's. Can be quite busy at before work, lunchtimes and after work. Parking is mostly always full with mostly staff cars but you can park on the street. There's a post box just outside as well. Staff are friendly. Don't forget your ID
