The guys are so friendly. I send all my parcels from here as well as occasionally collect and they are so helpful. They often cop the flak from people regarding missed deliveries but ALWAYS polite! They make posting SO easy and the hours are convenient … apart from MONDAYS… WHY 12.00pm?!?!
Staff are always so friendly and professional. The car park is huge, although visitor spaces are limited, but you're OK to park on a double line for a couple of minutes to collect your parcel. Monday is their shortest day. But its open 7 days a week which for me is fantastic.
I went to collect a parcel this morning. Before I left checked they were open. At the gate I was greeted with you cannot drive in, bump up on pavement and walk in. I said I have a disabled badge, still to be told you can't drive in Park and walk or wait. No empathy at all. I put it in front vans as far as I could Putting up blue badge. I did say disgusting behaviour as I have blue badgeto be met with geering mocking me. Inside office man was very Nice & understanding I do have a photo of them blocking the road Kind regRds
Post code isn’t near the collection point. please don’t use the post code that is on their address. Amazing that as they ask for post codes No parking for customers. Had to park on double yellow lines. Not easy to get there without a car. Once I finally got there I was rudely told that my package wasn’t there but at my local post office. Even tho a card was put through my door. What a waste of time
Post code isn’t near the collection point. It sends you to a random address in Hilsea. Don’t use the post code that is on their address. No parking for customers. Not easy to get there without a car. Once I finally got there I found out that the office was close despite getting there well within listed opening hours. A note on the door simply stated: Due to staff absence the office is closed.
They have 'lost' the last 3 parcels that they have taken back. That's what we've been told! Also closed at 1.50pm when it said on the door 2pm! Says on website, open until 4. I hate it when parcels get returned here. I have a ring doorbell...but they don't ring it for me to tell them where to leave my parcel!
The rating is for the location and the people responsible for printing the wrong info on the card. The accurate postcode is PO3 5QA. It's not 100℅ accurate but it will get you where you need to be. The postcode takes you at Northgate vehicle hire which is located at a roundabout. Take the 3rd exit and you will see the Post Office building. The staff did their best. The car park is really small, I had to park outside the yard. The office is really small if the queue is bigger than 6-7 people then the unlucky ones must wait outside. There is no public transport therefore impossible to get there unless you have a vehicle or somebody to drive you there. The pictures are not great but I hope will help you to get there.
Useless.. How can it not accept parcels and payments.. Less facilties than a corner shop.. No wonder they are loosing out to DPD and Avri.
Opening hours are poor closes at midday on Mondays and even when they are meant to be open they are closed. I've lost count of the amount of times I've driven all the way there to find it closed when it should be open. Also, the visitor car parking spaces are always full even when there's no one inside.
Post code doesn't take you anywhere near correct location. Checked card through door and Google, both said post office was open. Came to collect, strike action, not open all week. If you're not open, the decent thing to do is at least amend information that shows you're open so people don't waste their time. I guess decency was too much to expect.
