I Bought a book of stamps which aren't cheap and I realised I didn't have them when I got home. When I went back the gentleman I think an owner behind the counter said he would look back at the camera footage and let me know what had happened. True to his word & honesty at his error - I got my stamps. That goes a long way with me. We'll done. A great service.!
Not a review as such parcel was due to be delivered to post office today by royal mail but they couldn't deliver as address was inaccessible. What hours post office.
Middle aged blonde woman serving at the Post office desk doesn't even realise that you stick a label on a tracked parcel. She seems to think that post offices aren't able to print labels and that no labels are printed at a post office. Stupid and rude woman. Go to a well run and friendly post office, not this one
The post office operates with an abrupt rude and immature member of counter staff. Visually pulling faces behind her facemasks in response to customer questions is unacceptable. So long as Post Officer Counter services are available anywhere else in Portsmouth I won't use this place ever again
I've been using this post office for 10 yrs on a daily basis and the staff are nothing but excellent ! Even though the customers here are constantly rude and difficult - they deserve medals !
