Not open when they're supposed to be, another customer who came after me claimed that this isn't the first time this week. Shame on you Royal Mail, absolutely disgusting service, especially after your employee put a red card through my door WHEN I WAS IN!
They never nock on the door. They whisper from behind wait there for a split second and move on. All other companies deliver packages except for Royal Mail. I always have to spend hours travelling to the depot chasing down my packages sent with Royal Mail.
Phoned last week to complain that my road has not had any post delivered for the last two weeks was given a reference number and told it would be looked into but have heard nothing tried to phone again but can't get through without waiting over an hour. Absolutely appalling get back to work and stop striking.!
Disgusted! 20 flats had their post left laying around inside the communal hallways today because the 'post person' could not be bothered to walk upstairs and post properly to personal letter boxes. I'm convinced this is illegal and just asking for post theft!

How can employees expect a large payrise when, as a company they don't actually make a profit. They are one of the worst companys around for delivering their promises Pardon the pun.
Absolutely useless. Missed a delivery so I rebooked, 5 days have passed and no update on the tracking and no redelivery. I’ve tried THREE times to collect, every time they have a notice on the door “due to unforeseen circumstances” they’re shut THIS IS ON THEIR NON STRIKE DAYS AS WELL!! Opening times online are completely wrong and they think it’s acceptable to stick a note on the door instead stating their “new” shorter opening times when it’s pointless as people have already travelled to get there? Get a grip and get to work.
Absolutely terrible. They are always updating their opening times and this is annoying as it's not always updated online. Every time I tried to go there it said it was open on Google maps but it was closed when I got there
Another wasted journey. I’m all for the strikes and agree you should do whatever you have to for equal pay but please, for the love of everyone’s sanity, update the opening hours online to the correct ones.
I appreciate the strikes that you feel is necessary. But to text a message this afternoon on a non striking day, stating inaccessible so was unable to deliver my parcel is a lame excuse! Especially when I recieved a knock from your postal driver asking me to take a package in for my neighbour.
