Have lost 2 parcels now in as many weeks. Was told to leave a number and they would call me back. Still awaiting that call and my packages!!!! No-one seems to have an answer and keep being passed around with who's to blame! I don't care I just want my damn packages!

on several.occasions I 've had packages delivered but not in...as unaware item tried to b delivered n I was out .no car get.it was only cos Amazon/ ebay/ friends contacted to inform me of delivery.so went to splinter way to collect item.i was made to b idiot as advisor asked how I knew got delivery with no card.pointed rec'd email txt etc to confirm item delivered but u were out.even then still no real help.finally got item....althou issue still persists .and I found manager unhelpful....in his words " wat do u want me to do" on item signed for and was there but he cudnt b bothered to look for or trace postman who tried to delivered item .2 mths later item still not found or supposedly rtn'd to sender.!! pity as money paid for service is abysmal
