Terrible location. Poorly staffed. Badly run. This move from our equally bad but beautiful building next door has done nothing for the service (which has always been poor). Queue out of the tensater barriers today (again) not one of the staff seemed​ to care. Awful.

Really nice post office, lots of space inside to wait whilst it's raining, I was served quickly and without any difficulty.

Comfy sofas to sit on while you wait, a cheerful and helpful member of staff on the floor at all times to offer assistance. Separate counter for travel transactions and all in lovely original Victorian building. Not all post offices are as good as Cornhill Bury St Edmunds, we're very lucky to have it!
