Had to register my daughter's birth today. All very well handled during the Covid era with safe appointments, signage, security Covid marshal, screens, sanitiser and a friendly registrar. Well done all, I felt secure and safe, and all complete in just 15 minutes.
Excellent service, easy to book an appointment, very nice personnel.
Just spoke to a lady very unhelpful on the phone, and very shocked that the registration office would have someone who is not interested in helping customers. She could not wait to get off the phone to me.
Each time I have rang, the staff have been very helpful and friendly. Susan
