Posting an item is straightforward enough but their image as a slick operator has a lot to be desired. I can't be the only person that thinks all this rubbish surrounding the PO HQ perimeter is a disgrace?
Terrible service on phone. Just kept going umm umm dont know where hawkins place it wait ummm etc. Messing around about a delivery. Things not delivered in past bad service.
Staff are fine but the new opening hours are stupid and don’t take in to account anyone who might have missed mail because they were at work. Closing at 6 doesn’t give anyone time to go home find the red slip never filled in and go back out to collect it. Daft but it doesn’t surprise me.
Had to wait 5 minutes to speak to operator but when connected I found them very polite and helpful.
Got a card saying two parcels back at depot , went to collect both side by side on shelf but would only give me one as said the other hadn’t been sorted !! Now on strike for two days so have to wait and go back Friday , absolutely disgusting!! This jobs worth needs sacking putting people out like that and withholding their Mail !!
Never had an issue although it is a trek on foot from most places 4 not 5 stars. Never experienced long queues. The price you pay to have your purchases stored safely for you when you miss them. Is what it is, if you don't like the apparent queues, make sure you catch your postie on delivery day.
Worst possible customer service, arrogants behind counter, postman's from my two addresses faked my signature, well after covid.
Constantly taking parcels back to the depot because they can’t be bothered to knock on a neighbours house! I’d ban Royal Mail from delivering to my house if I could I’m sick of it! Every other delivery service will leave parcels in a safe place no matter what the value.
Absolutely waste of time got cut of by the operator after waiting 20 minutes, good job it wasn't an emergency
This disgraceful human, Damages people's properties why delivering mail, Then lied to head office saying he was attacked even though the whole thing was covered by home CCTV footage and video evidence, false reported to the police is a crime, Beware of this guy, Plus the whole head office management knows about it and complaints I've made and they have tried to corruptly brush it under the carpet, Well i see these in court, i will be uploading all recordings to YouTube and local Facebook groups,
