Royal Mail Gloucester South Delivery Office

Always very helpful staff. Yes it is a pain to have missed parcels but always make it to sorting office in my experience and always easy collection following day. I always make a point of checking online regarding opening hours and I have never had any issues with that either. For those who have the opinion that Royal Mail should be closed down, I will say be careful what you are wishing for. The private delivery services would sky rocket their fees if they didn’t have to compete with Royal Mail . Thanks guys for doing an excellent job, before,during and after the pandemic.

Postman had a small parcel for us. He checked whether it fitted the letter box, which it didn't, and took it back without knocking our door or ringing the door bell. It was all recorded on our security system. Strike as much as you like, however, I won't support you with rubbish service like this.

I was told that the stamps without a barcode were not longer valid and to change them I had to go to a post office. I then travel to the nearest post office to be told they are in date and that they cannot change them it’s Royal Mail!

The guy who works in the front reception went above and beyond to help me confirm an item delivery. The chaps about 50 with short grey cropped hair. Thanks a lot.

This is ridiculous, I live in North Gloucester but have to drive to South Gloucester to collect parcels from the depot. It's an easy journey to collect from the depot at Brockworth but an awful journey to Quedgeley. Easier for the Post Office but rubbish for the customer...

I have to pick up my parcel today from Royal mail at Olimpus Park but unfortunately I close at 10 am.Can't understand why? I waste 4 pound on ticket.

Rude and unfriendly lady behind the parcel collection point. Avoid, unless you want part of your birthday/day ruined.

Came to get a parcel that haven’t gone out yet, lady at the front desk needs to learn to smile and have some manners

Can’t get through to call them. Given 2 days and times for my parcel with medicine to arrive but it didn’t. I lost all confidence in the Royal Mail.
