I arrived at 15.00 on the 23/12/22, at the parcel depot on Hurricane road gloucester,they had just locked their doors even though they weren't supposed to close till 16.00. I had been stuck in 45 mins of traffic so was stressed and panicking as really wanted to get to the depot to pick up my sons Xmas present and when met with locked doors I was very angry, when is it rite for them to make up their own opening hours. And you think you deserve a pay increase hhmm. Thanks very bloody much Royal mail
So little openings hours makes it almost impossible to collect a parcel unless you take a day off work

I'd gone to the wrong office to collect my parcel but the staff member was very helpful.
Top marks for the lady working there, really impressive how fast she can work under pressure and still cheerful to every customer, deserves a medal and a raise! always very busy at all times
The service from this sorting office is diabolical. They failed to deliver a package on the 25th November of value now 'they can't find it', but it wasn't scanned back into the sorting office!!! No prizes for guessing what happened to that. I remember the days when the Queens Mail service was trustworthy and second to none.
Went to pick up a missed parcel. The postcode on the ticket directed me to their staff parking lot where a couple of friendly workers told me the customer parking lot was actually on the other side. Went there and got my parcel in less than a minute, very quick and easy

Very good people are nice liked it that much I now have a job there delivering on Sundays yes that's right royal mail deliver on a Sunday
Good service, staff always helpful despite being busy and very tolerant of the not so helpful MOP who come to collect despite the very clear signage if what ID etc is required! Waiting area can be very cramped during busy times as it's a small space; easy parking unless busy. A bit off the beaten track but straightforward enough.
