Lovely staff. Really enjoyed myself. There was a great atmosphere as well. Room was freezing however, but would definitely return in the summer.

Had a lovely meal. Staff were friendly.. Great variety of drinks in the upstairs bar.

Love this hotel, second time we've stayed there, very pleasant efficient staff great food and dog friendly, only reason for not giving 5 Star was that there was no  real ale despite having two hand pumps and  being 'Cask marque' accredited, same last time, maybe just unlucky!
