I was told to come “urgently” by 111 because of my symptoms. Instead, I was belittled by a receptionist who interrupted me repeatedly and spoke to me so snarkily. I was told the 111 service is essentially useless and that I was fine because I managed to walk there a 5 minute walk.nnI fainted when I got back home.
Went to the A and E with my daughter after an accident happened at home and she got burnt by hot water. She was treated well and the wound didn’t take time to heal. Many thanks to all the nurses who attended her.
After a long going illness I rang 111 who said rush up you will be seen immediately , 20 mins for triage , 30 mins for blood test , 4 hours late still in chronic pain and dehydrated , why have a canula for for 4hrs without fluids or pain relief , left with canula in , no apologies for delay
We went to ER and it was really busy. There were 3 kids before us and they were crying. They were in so much pain. There were lots of old people and waiting time was ages! Also I d heard someones phone call,28 people were waiting for bed before them.nnThere is no prvt clinic or hospital so you have to accept this but its ridicilous. Kids are our future! Why is it happening in middle of the country? I cant believe it!
I would sincerely like to thank my local Dr's surgery, Morecambe Health Centre & the 2 Dr's who attended me & sent for an ambulance re my high heart rate on Fri 09/02/24nAlso, my gratitude to the ever calming presence of the paramedics who took me to the RLI.nI was taken to the Medical Emergency same day care ward and my overall care was absolutely superb.nTo Dr Prabath & all nursing staff incl young lady from xray dept I thank each & ey one of you.nI was even made a cup of tea & given a snack bag.nI'm sure the whole experience helped to reduce the 134 & 154 heart rate I was admitted with
