Martin and his friendly staff have done it again. I have bought many watches as well as a number of very nice pieces of jewellery for my wife and daughter! Always well priced and the after sales service is second to none. I have recommended many clients to them and all have been overjoyed with the level of service.

I took my watch into Royal Exchange Jewellers to be serviced. I had an detailed estimate within three days of me dropping it off and back on my wrist within three weeks! I couldn’t be happier with the service I was provided with by the Royal Exchange team. All in all a great experience and stress free and will be using again!

I agree with the other reviews. You get a great customer experience. They are friendly, helpful, and nothing is too much trouble for the team. I wish all of my shopping experiences were this good.

Very pleasant experience purchasing an item of jewellery from the Royal Exchange Jewellers, I would highly recommend to others. Customer service second to none and prices very competitive. It’s 5 stars from me!

Consumers beware, unethical practices, do your homework.  Appraisal fees should never be based on a percentage of the jewelry's value. This is an ethical violation since the appraiser will make more money by valuing a piece higher, leaving incentive to over-inflate. Appraisal services should always be charged by the hour or a flat fee per piece.  Such a shame because you want to support the local businesses over the large chains...
