One of the BEST customer service experiences I've ever had! I phoned on Thursday afternoon hoping that the Heavy Licks bangle was in stock and luckily it was. But I needed it for that night and engraved too. Jason really went above and beyond to get the engraving done and get the bangle to me by that evening. On top of that, he even met me across London to deliver it! It truly is absolutely goegeous and wonderful quality (and I know my silver!) I can't thank you enough! I'll definitely be back.

Lovely jewellery and fantastic service. We were given plenty of time and space to try things on but were also offered friendly and helpful advice. I bought a gorgeous ring and one of the petite bangles (which fits me perfectly) was even given a complimentary cleaning cloth!

Absolutely shocking service. I came in with two rings that needed resizing and was given back one of them broken! It took another fortnight for it to be 'repaired' by them only to have it look completely different and I've had to take it to Hatton Garden to have it completely redone.

Better quality, less pricey than the big brands where you are just paying for the name. Lots of design options too which was nice. My girlfriend loved her necklace !
