Don't do any repairs at this place! Gave them the watch 7 weeks ago to be picked up 2 weeks ago. No watch, no communication, store manager, Scott, absolutely useless in managing the issue.

Just get there to get a Tag watch.....instead...I got two Tag watches...one for my wife and of course one for myself....there are nice people working in the shop....I have experienced nice, friendly and helpful service...

I was saving money for a particular watch which was on the display . £440z with the price label and tag on it. But once on the counter the lady said the price is £630 . I asked her to honour the price but she didn't. And that's something against the law. I am still disappointed and upset for the time i wasted saving money then to be treated like that

Earnest Jones Surrey Quays website is showing opening hours Thursday 9:30-8pm, which is a wrong information - what a waste of time that was. 
As far as I'm concerned a retail shop - especially in a shopping mall should stay open until 8pm  - therefore office people could go and shop after work.  
9:30 - 6pm is office working hours not retailers.
