Absolutely appalling today on our visit to royal China, it was help your self buffet and every time we went up for food it was empty! Having to wait quite a while each time for food, as soon as they’ve refilled it’s gone again clearly they can’t cope and can’t make enough to keep a buffet going, having young children waiting for food isn’t acceptable, then a waiter comes asking all the children if they want icecream while there waiting for food, because there not making enough to cover the amount of people they have in, then there’s no plates!so having to wait 5 minutes just to get a plate! When I ask for the bill I spoke nicely to the lady and voiced my opinion, she wasn’t very nice about it, didn’t apologise and raised her voice abit, When we came to pay the cook come out shouting I really don’t think this is good behaviour for a restaurant and I will not be going there again
