Lovely setting next to the river and a great place to have a drink and a chat in the summer sun watching the river.
The restaurant inside is ok if a little pretentious in its presentation. The prices are pretty steep for the result but the food is good. Some nice fish dishes, good salads steaks and handmade burgers but none are spot on, merely 7 out of 10.

Worth a visit.

Downsides are slow service, and oddly disinterested

Poor service. Although excellent food.. had a bad experience 12 months ago for a birthday party completely ruined our night. Thought we would give it a try tonight.. restaurant was 1/2 empty asked for a table for 2. Was told we would have to eat at bar as there was only the waitress and manager working the floor and don't have enough time to lay the table... I mean how long does it take to lay a table... promptly left which is such a shame as surroundings and food are excellent sadly not matched by the service

It's a nice, quiet English pub.  The food was great and they had a wide selection of local beers.  They had an amazing avocado appetizer.  I had the salmon, and it was very well-prepared.  The beer was very good and the staff were friendly and prompt.  I'd highly recommend a visit!

T&K Oundle. 
Just used a Christmas gift voucher and thoroughly enjoyed good food, good wine, good service and ambiance. 
Excellent burgers and desserts. We shall look forward to our next visit.
