Consistently great food over the past 25 years, but recently slipped in standards. The food is still excellent, but watch what you pay: using their site or app, my order is one price, but phone them and it's more..... the same order costs me 50p more if I call and ask them to confirm the price 'that' s just the way it is - use the sites, there are a few - I can't help', or if I don't confirm the total the driver charges me £1.60 over the online price.........
I've had a takeaway a couple of times from here and the food is great. This time however, the meal was delivered in a paper bag with the bottom soaked with grease. The bag tore obviously with the contents ending up all over my kitchen floor. I immediately rang the takeaway and they arranged a replacement straight away free of charge. Great I thought!! However when it was delivered for the second time the delivery man told me I must have dropped it on the floor and lied about the bag!! Absolutely fuming I showed him the bag and a picture of my food on the floor, to which he shook his head and continued telling me it was my fault. Although the food was good I will not be getting my curry from royal bengal ever again due to the terrible attitude and treatment I received from the delivery man. Disgraceful!
Just got a dona on nan bread. I have got to say you smashed it. One of the best I have had! It was full of different meats and was really tasty! Thanks definitely will be coming again soon
Rubbish! So Rude when you want to discuss, talk over you!!! Couldn't give a damn!!! They hide behind, 'Just Eat. ' Damned rude and uncooperative when you have a problem. ! Would not recommend!!! I had to leave a 'star to post! Would say no stars at all avoid!!!
ordered a mixed nan kabab. It tasted like a mug of salt had been sprinkled on top ! Awful went in the bin

The neighbours next door are so friendly and the food is good and quick.
