Just been into the store to buy cod loin with my mum.nDebs on the fish counter couldn't do enough for us including going as far to take the fish off the delivery lorry herself. Outstanding customer service. And a real asset to the company.
Always a great selection of quality food. They have a really nice flower stall set up in the entrance. The staff are ever so friendly and show you to what your looking for, nothing seems to much trouble for them. Great shop, will be going again
I recently visited Otley Waitrose with my partner to pick up a bottle of exclusive to Waitrose Whiskey. The staff especially a female staff member near the checkouts was constantly following us, making us feel very uncomfortable, unwelcome, discriminated and degraded.nWe was also followed by a security guard for around 15 minutes. I will not be returning.

Shop here frequently. Love their range of meat, fruit and beg. They do excellent ‘ready’ meals that are more like home cooked meals. Only thing is that navigating is a little difficult. Not always easy to find things. Overall, very happy.
