Absolutely fantastic place, much better quality food than any fast food places I've been to and yes I've been to a few.nnMade an order for collection then when I got to the place had to add to order and they were more than happy to keep the earlier part of the order hot for me - this is now my go to over any fast food places. Only BK comes close but that's because they are national and suitable my job ;nnParking is a bit of a pain but park in the Morrisons car park opposite plenty of space
i used to order/collect from here all the time, one day i walked in recieved my food the manager was picking up calls putting toppings on food without washing his hands, the oven looked filthy as if it wasnt cleaned in months. nothing is hygenic about pizza house at all. DO NOT SPEND UR MONEY HERE!!!
Ordered online, waited 1hr 20mins and still no delivery. Rang up to be told there was 11 orders in front of us and they didnt know when the food would be delivered. Then spoke to the manager who was very rude.nnIf there such a high volume of orders that it affects delivery time, customers should be made aware before placing an order.nnI asked for a refund which they agreed but the manager refused to send a confirmation email that a refund had been sent. The refund will also take upto 5 working days.nnPizza house just lost a good customer.nnI'll update about the refund being recived.
the food is scrumptious i've never had a better takeaway in my life. i love the cheesy dough bites, chicken strips, twister fries and chicken sizzler and the pizzas are beautiful
Left a fair review on just eat, and within half an hour it had jumped 2 stars….. this place is magic. Not what we expected, moortown branch is 5 star, this isn’t. Looking at previous reviews I’m waiting for a response from the restaurant where I’m the bad guy. For context ordered a tandoori hot with extra chicken and popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken was nice but the pizza had no extra chicken and was drowning in uncooked tomatoes. Speak to the moortown branch, lived over the road and used them for 8 years with no issues. Left a 2 star review on just eat but after it magically jumped to 4 I thought I’d try here instead…. Looking forward to you telling me where I’ve gone wrong. ThanksnnREPLY: I have read your menu, your pizza was terrible, I know there is tomato on the pizza but not uncooked and covering the pizza. I have rang the restaurant but you are not willing to speak to me. Turning off replies does not mean problems go away and I am very disappointed that this is how you would respond to a customer as seen in previous reviews it’s the customers fault. As previously stated the moortown branch is fantastic, whatever you are doing wrong here your attitude is not helping. Embarrassing that you have blamed the customer for being illiterate over your service. Will share to social media.
