The prescription service is shocking!! I thought the idea of having your prescription sent straight from the doctors to the pharmacy was so that it would be ready when you go in to collect it. I even left it a couple if extra days and it still hadn't been done....and this isn't a one off.   This is every time   completely awful service.

I would definitely love to run this chemist down but sadly I can not. I found it to be a faultless service. I submitted a online order. I received email  confirmation. I then Telephoned 5 day’s later. Prescription ready for collection.  5 star. Felt good to call them to see if it was ready rather than having to go down to check

this has got to be the worst pharmacy in telford. no matter which system is used the prescrptions are either not ready or cant be found.  I have just spent 15 minutes trying to get the telephone answered. Its time the staff were either changed or increased.   Something is radically wrong with the management of this shop
