Every time my partner or I have to pick up a prescription there is always a problem. I keep getting messages for someone else despite them assuring me the contact details had been changed! Going to have to go elsewhere, we've had enough now.

Staff can be rude, or just ignorant and consistently have to return to pick up medication they were short of.  Would it be too difficult to advise on this before your customers have waited for over 30 minutes on some occasions so they could chose to go elsewhere. Fine if you live near by or drive, but I don't.  Taxi to and back in my lunch break.   Will not be using again.  Better service from smaller, independent pharmacies like Youngs of Sheriff Hill or Ashchem of Leam Lane.

Truly terrible, badly managed pharmacy with staff who have an equally bad attitude. They don't deliver when tablets are due, you chase them continually, been given the WRONG tablets, they've not collected prescriptions from the Surgery (which is in the SAME building as the Pharmacy!) and its a very, very, poor service. Avoid at all costs!
