Been twice this week with our two year old Granddaughter and she loved it. Has a breakfast butty the first time which was lovely, just had a tea & coffee yesterday. Really good prices and I’m very surprised at some of the negative reviews. If you expect Haute Cuisine and untouched, perfectly clean areas then you need to be looking at the higher end of the market .nKeep up the good work girls, it’s a great little service you provide.
Arranged a party here for my daughters 4th birthday. Opted for the VIP party, so we had the whole place to ourselves. From start to finish the staff were amazing, especially the girl who was in the party room. Plenty of food and unlimited squash and a party bag on the way out. Will definitely be recommending it to others and using it again for future parties
Not impressed at all, took my 2 children waited 1 hour for their food. Session time 1215-1400 food came to table at 1350 after asking numerous times where it was then we were expected to leave due to session finishing, kids rushed food. Food not great, beans cold!! It was not even busy for the food to take that long and no apologies for waiting so long. Toilets smelly and dirty. I would not return back here would not waste my money much better places than this.nAlso charge for adults rip off.
Booked a birthday party for 10 kids 7yr olds on a Saturday 11am-1pm. Staff were really good throughout booking process and even made tuna sandwiches especially for my daughter as she said they were her favourite when asked at booking. We had the cold party food option which went down well with the children. On arrival, we dropped off the cake and candles at the reception desk and then we were straight through to a reserved large table near the party room which had jugs of juice and cups ready. We also asked for a water jug and this was quickly provided, the staff were very attentive. The party room was well organised with party hats, tooters and balloons; the food laid out and covered. The staff member who managed this element was lovely with the kids and they really enjoyed the dancing and party games. The kids enjoyed the soft play and football area, it was fairly quiet so they mostly had it to themselves until closer to midday when another kids party arrived but even then there was plenty of room for all. On leaving we were provided with pre-filled party bags including a balloon and slime pot, plus a slice of cake we provided cut up.nThank you Round the Twist for making the party so easy, we had a great time!
Overpriced for children play and eat.nnFood is very poor quality of food!nVery cheap cheap food, when paying almost £8.00 for one meal and being told most of the meal wasn't available nThe ham was very poor cheap quality for the price.nnCoffe is completely over priced.nThe please is a little run down, seems like a family run business witch is great but not for the customer when all staff and talking around and not able to help with any inquiry.nnTraveled 45mins to come for Christmas eve party definitely wasn't worth it.nnPaying £1 for each adult is very silly.nMost places take that money off your hot drink of purchase.nnDefinitely would not return and definitely dont recommend to anyone.n£45 for 2 hours of play and food is very over priced for what we received.
