Fancy offices but you queue for ages. No parking and no very close bus stops. Forms have to be posted with cheques and photocopies of documents attached rather than completed online with scans. Open only during week working hours (even phonelines) so have to call or visit during working day. Site feedback ignored (request to give cheque payee details made last year). It's like they have got consultants in to design a modern set up, but then the employees carry on doing things how they have always done it with the rather patronising air that some councils have for their residents.

Absolutely useless! Bin men missed a whole street street of bins. I complained. They never called back. 2 weeks later and the bins have been missed again! Let's hope it doesn't take another 2 weeks for them to sort!

Absolutely horrendous experience. They couldn't have been more unhelpful after a recent bereavement. Utterly incompetent and didn't even know the basics of housing law. More importantly, they didn't even say sorry for your loss when we phoned. Left our family even more stressed and shell shocked when we have a funeral tomorrow. They need to put new processes in place and fully re-train staff. Made a tragic and horrendous situation much worse:
