Every part of my experience here for an exploratory procedure was beyond what I could have hoped for. I was anxious and uncertain about what was going to happen it had been explained but I overthink everything but was immediately put at ease and this continued throughout my visit. Tiptop! Good work!
Had an appointment at the endoscopy unit this morning and I want to say a big thank you to the staff. Everyone was very friendly and I was given each persons name,which immediately put me at ease.nThey were efficient and professional during the procedure and I felt I was in very safe hands. If I was unfortunate enough to need a other endoscopy I would definitely opt for this unit. Thank you all.
Myself and my wife have been referred to this community hospital from our supposed doctors at Fownhope via a phone call just to get seen in person. They couldn't do enough for you and actually listened to you with our specific issues and were super helpful.nI do feel if you get seen to here they will actually do something for you.
My mum went there and the neglect they showed her was just awful. She wasn’t eating or drinking and instead of putting her on a drip and feeding her through a tube….they just let her almost die!! She was rushed to the I.C.U in Hereford where they gave her actual care. MUM ALMOST DIED DON’T GO HERE!
Sadly, my mum is here for the second time in 2 years. She didn't want to go, based on her experience of the last time!! She's 88 and has had many health issues over the last 17 years, and recently, these have worsened. The Ward Sister was rude to her about the number of times she needed help to use a commode, despite the fact that she has a UTI!! When I saw mum today, she looked tired and sad. Not all of this can be attributed to the hospital, but patients in the current climate of NHS staffing issues and Covid still need to feel cared for and supported, particularly in what may well be the last few years of life.
