Just called them as I have had emergency operation, moved into area and had not registered with GP. Happened away from home, want to return but they were so unhelpful, no solution just typical if you cannot register with surgery then you cannot see anyone. If you don't do it in time you may not get appointment tomorrow. NHS aftercare at it's worst! Not nice when you have been through turmoil such an operation. Poor service for sure, as well as an uncompassionate receptionist!

I called in the day before with a wound infection and they said if I come in at 8 they can treat me as an emergency patient. When I got there the front desk was rude, arrogant, and in the end very unsympathetic. They told me hey had no idea what I was talking about and sent me on my way. I then had to go wait in the hospital for 4 and a half hours not to mention a 30 pound Uber, to get a simple 5 minute task done. These people do not know how to run a clinic, and give no respect for human decency
