If you are thinking of renting a property I would highly recommend Ross Nicholas & Company, their fees are realistic compared to other agents and I found the complete experience a refreshing change.  I would highly recommend this independent agency.

Not a letting agent to trust. We found them dishonest and fraudulent, clearly using tenants deposit to line the pocket of the landlord in a dishonest way. 
Following further information from other residents and local authority we are looking to forward a complaint to the property ombudsman there was also a refusal to show a gas safety certificate. When asked twice at start of tenancy and never shown one. 
As stated in the opening line not a letting agent to trust.
No apology received for the dishonesty

What a great company with really helpful and experienced staff.   The purchase went through effortlessly and they kept  me informed of all developments.  Would recommend them to anyone requiring an estate agent. 
New Milton is lucky to have this estate agent!

Excellent Sales service. Found us 3 REAL buyers in a very short time.
As a company they were helpful, friendly & efficient, would definitely use them again if I was still in the New Milton Area

What a great Company, not only did they sell my house in under 2 weeks, in what I consider to be quite a difficult position to sell, Ross Nicholas helped me find my ideal downsize and kept me informed throughout the whole process!
