Me and my partner rent our property with Martin and co. They are very friendly, very professional and very understanding. Whenever we have a problem they always send someone to fix it when they can. We have been with them for nearly 2 years now and they like to help in any way that they can.

My wife and I used Martin and Co in New Milton for over three years and found them to be very professional, friendly and helpful.  For the first three years we rented out our property through them and each time the flat was empty they found us another tenant quickly, plus they always dealt with any tenant related problems swiftly.  For the final few months they marketed our property and went above and beyond in their efforts to sell it successfully.

I can highly recommend Martin and Co of New Milton if you are looking to rent or sell your property.

I have been a tenant with Martin & Co for a number of years and they have gone out of their way to find me a place to rent.  I have even suggested friends use them, when other agents have rejected them!  I would highly recommend them as a sympathetic, friendly and extremely professional company.
