Absolutely rude women behind the counter also doesn't wear a mask, when confronted about not wearing a mask she was extremely rude and petty by just saying 'okay' about the possibility of getting a £200 fine for not wearing a mask. Would recommend that you DO NOT shop here if possible!! This incident has been reported to the council
My experience is a warm friendly family whom welcome everyone. If they don't have what I require they make sure they look for an item at wholesale for when I next visit. I buy tobacco regularly and have never ever in my 6 years come across any fake products be it cigarettes or tobacco so the above comments are utter tosh. Obviously thesr reviewers have some personal issues which they need to attend to. I'm a regular Google reviewer
So unbelievably rude! My 9 year old son came to buy his friend a birthday card and asked the lady if he could borrow a pen to write the card as he was on his way to take it to his friends house, the lady then told him no you can buy a pen and write it outside. My son had to buy a pen and stand outside to write the card even though he purchased the card from the shop. He also says he believes she short changed him. Won't be using my local store again and I've told him to tell his friends to stop buying from there too.
Rude owners and they sell fake tabbaco. Seen with my own eyes a guy delivering fake cigs from the boot of his car and them placing them on the shelves and selling at full price. Avoid like the plague. Also they refused to give my daughter her change once, which was only 41p but he wouldn't let her have it for no apparent reason. Scumbags
What kind of return location doesn’t sell packaging?
Avoid this place at all costs, rude vile shopkeeper ripped me off. I paid for my shopping on my card the transaction went through as i checked my online banking he then tried to charge me again when i questioned it he got on the phone to the police! Do not shop here, ill be coming back for my goods you pathetic man
