Just took me half an hour to get fuel. Waiting nearly 15 minutes for the car in front to move, then waiting in line myself. One member of staff on the till and a line of 6 people, 4 of which had full baskets, 2 of which were just wanting to pay for fuel. It's either understaffed or they don't care much that people have to wait for ages.
almost got run over in the car park twice, do not recommend for pedestrians.
Only ever had one problem, other than that "absolutely brilliant" thank you to the co-op for bringing me a fantastic local shop with nearly everything I need at a local level
The staff always stand in my way and it’s very awkward
cashiers here are disrespectful and do not know how to speak to customers. appalled at the aggresive nasty bad attitude. this is not the 1st time here that I've experienced rudeness from behind the counter
A proper Coop with a great range, not just a small petrol station shop.
Terrible customer skills. Are the assistants here told to be offensively rude to people. They're not really interested in being nice and friendly. Get the impression that they'd rather you didn't go in there to buy anything because you are interupting them from chatting or having a break. The way some of them talk to people is shocking, who do they think they are? DISGUSTING
Poor been refurbished recently but things all over the place in the shop no coordination staff not interested and no fuel for 2days
