I bought crisps and when I got home,I found the wrapper torn and crisps soft and horrid . Took them back .. woman on the till was rude and dismissive.. shan't use them again ,disgusted

Just called to pick up a parcel from a delivery company that should have delivered it to my house

very rude staff, just called in just now and 2 young boys i would say about aged 7 went and asked a young lady at the checkout how much a bag of Maltesers was and she said “read the shelf’s” she didn’t help them and in my opinion if the young boys had seen a price don’t think they would’ve asked. however i then went to ask about hair moose and then her and a man said “well if there isn’t any there then we won’t have any”

Rude staff, especially dean name cashier need some basic training for how to talk to customers

Very unhelpful rude staff will never go there again they don't know what customer service is
