Shocking service and staff are rude. They forget half of your order. The screens to order are set to the sandwiches being large, and more expensive, you have to manually change it to small if you don’t want a large. Staff talk rudely to each other and snap at customers. Way out of their depth when it’s lunch time. Avoid like the plague
Lovely food, bit pricey and some not all of the staff have faces like smacked arses. Plenty of parking. Nice bread.
Gutted place looks great nice and clean obviously spent a lot of money on it .big let down was the food. Ordered from the service machine. Ordered sausage bacon mushroom. On barm..bacon was like plastic. Sausage rock hard .all been kept warm all day I'm the trays .lady who served my sandwich didn't even look or say anything when she passed it to me ...shame was really looking forward to my sandwich. Everything is nice looking. Bit the food has to be number 1 guys
Ordering screen are some what uninformative but you can make an order easily enough. Bbq sausage rolls were really tasty, also grabbed a paninni, though like molten lava when you are handed it, really tasty cheese, chicken and chorizo. Worth a visit.
The food is nice enough thus 2 stars but the silly computers you have to use to order take the personality out of this place. Preferred it here before the "modernisation" of the place. The previous staff members would chat to you while you wait for your food. Now they all look too busy and flustered to even exchange pleasantries. The other roses branches are much better than this one however, If you are in the mood for a nice sandwich drive past this place and go to Lily's at Hillsborough!
Skip it, you can't even phone through your order now. Not all of us can use our mobiles at work. Well done you lost another customer
I recently visited the bakery shop and used the kiosks to order my lunch. It’s the first time I’ve used kiosks in a bakery / shop but they were great. They made it really easy to see the sandwich and cake options they had available - great experience!
Went today and ordered a jacket potato with cheese and beans….there was about 10 beans on it. I watched her scrape the last of the beans out of the tin which didn’t even fill half the ladle up. I actually asked her if there was any beans in it…yes she replied! Never even went or offered to get any more more beans. Whilst watching her in amazement a hamsandwich was being made for my order, didn’t see her make that but I’ve got back to the office and have pick apart the scrag ends of the ham not even one slice full of fat. Food is pricey but usually lovely. Really disappointed today….shall think again about ordering from there for a while.
Ordered a BEST you gave me a BES. Needed the tomato since it was so dry and chewy. OK, I asked for well done bacon but the sausages were dry as an old boot! Small and expensive for a large but you can tell it's all good quality food. Shame about the issues.
This sandwich shop makes fresh food every day; it's excellent quality and reasonably priced. They've recently made the outside seating area much tidier and added extra sitting space. If you're looking for somewhere to get lunch, I highly recommend a visit! Note, there's no indoor seating or facilities.
