Est in 1994 the Bakers Shop is a family run bakers with 3 generations working in the business supplying not only our own shop from our on-site bakery as well as our shop in Balby, Doncaster but also various other outlets in and around Sheffield and Doncaster

The worst customer service I've ever had the misfortune to receive. Two of the older ladies staff members were very pleasant and I'm sure if they had served me instead my review would be 4 stars. The young girl that served me, unfortunately for me, really didn't seem to understand the concept of "customer care" she barely raised a smile, quite clearly she was not happy about being there and grudgingly took my order, scowling at every opportunity. I was bemused as to how she felt her behaviour was acceptable and in the least customer friendly. I left shaking my head and wishing I'd said something to the rude obnoxious chuff, but decided not give them my business again instead, which is a shame seeing as they're a local business with competition from Asda & Gerry's Bakery nearby.
