First times to used ,never again. Chips and cheese is cold .cheese is not mealt. Another problem is staff. Is not friendly , one more things ,how is possible working and kitchen with gel nails. I am chef and known EHO and Healht and Safety. If someone allergy or any bacterial on the food???? No Recommendations....

This is a shop I have used before and haven’t had any problems, this being the first time I have used Deliveroo and the Jumbo Haddock was three inches shorter than usual badly over cooked bone dry and was not freshly cooked. I can only think for customers who aren’t in the shop the rule must be send them anything I am very disappointed and won’t be using this shop again daylight robbery .
Order from here quite often and this was the worst we have ever received. Most of Staff were not being friendly at all. Had a wait to get my order in as they were too busy talking, asked for 2 large portions of chips and a jumbo sausage to which I was informed they needed to wait for chips. 25mins later and 7 suppers and a portion of chips have been handed to customers who placed orders after mine! I stated I was still waiting for mine to which I was told there wasn't enough chips and I had to wait again! Staff were then being quite abrupt saying some people just want to click their fingers and it be there...I'm sorry but 40mins in a chipper for a sausage that was already cooked and 2 large portions of chips is ridiculous! I understand they are busy but clearly there was enough chips for them fulfilling other peoples order! Chips were inedible when we got home too, they were are clumped together and had heaps of crunchy little pieces all over them. Needless to say they went in the bin. Waste of money!.
The short chubby blonde lady is the worst employee of the entire city. Very rude, it seems how much she hates her job and attending customers. Incredible how she works for the place.
First time here I got the jumbo fish supper. My food was cooked to order so I wasn't given something that was sitting around drying out. The chips were plentiful and about as good as chips can possibly get. The batter on the fish was crispy and the fish was moist. What more could you ask for?
Young look girl working there really rude said to my partner I’m not serving u then he waited 15 mins I came and she served me straight away!! Not happy at all
I had a black pudding and a half portion of fritters. The pudding was fine but the fritters were lovely and huge. Despite only having a half portion l couldn't finish them. Overall I enjoyed my "supper" and the service was good also.
Very Long waiting time, staff unprofessional, rude and swearing. Never come back there again.
