This is my first time ordering from them..I really got surprised for the food taste... Really love the Haddock fish battered. Very crispy and hot..Even the Cheesy moserrella sticks are very tasty. Their food are very fresh... Highly recommend this restaurant for everyone who loves to taste the real flavour of the snacks.

Usually stop off once a week here. Food was always quite good but prices changed since last week and tonights portion was a joke. Very disappointed considering the cost. If hadn't already driven away I'd have complained. Dont think I'll be back sadly.

It does look strange from the outside but it's not the building you come here for, it's the food. That being said I'm not raving mad over this place, to me it's just your ordinary run-of-the-mill chipper. The food is quite nice however and the portion sizes are essentially what you pay for. I'd give it a go.
Never have I been served by such grumpy, miserable and sullen individuals. Customers appear to be an inconvenience. Overpriced too. Will not be returning.
Got fish cakes tonight and found 4 big bones in them and they were for my baby brother and macaroni pies was so dry. The sausages was over cooked. Very disappointed won’t be going back.
Visited Dolphin Fish & Chip Shop at Hazlehead, Aberdeen. Ordered chips to go with my family's evening meal. Lovely chips. Beats the supermarket oven chips. Staff pleasant. Have good selection. Plenty spaces for parking. You'll find it off Queens Road on left hand side just before bus Terminus as you go out of Aberdeen. Recommend.
