Rose & Crown

About

Tucked into the corner of Warwick’s Market Square, The Rose & Crown hums with life all day long. Call 01926 411 117

Story

A favourite with the townspeople, who use it variously as a watering-hole, the place for a spot of lunch or a celebration dinner, we have won national awards. Twice named in the Top Ten UK pubs in the last three years, it was voted Best Pub in the UK in 2004.

Our secret? We take huge pride in serving the best ingredients we can find, form ethical producers, freshly prepared by our chefs. And we do it at pub prices, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The pub is open every day from 8am for breakfast and coffee, with lunch served from noon and hot food available all day. If you’re from out of town, we also have 5 smart and reasonably-priced bedrooms.

We look forward to seeing you soon!

Me and my wife both ate here. My wife a fussy eater had no complaints a first. I thank all the staff for their friendly and welcoming approach to customers whilst been under the pressure of Covid regulations.
We initially sat outside and had to set up a ordering and payment system on the phone, which was a pain. Once inside we had an excellent meal, first class service, and a government discount. All the food was top notch and I particularly enjoyed the onion rings. Good beer, great night.
Came here with family for a Sunday dinner. Waitress was very helpful and kind, and my grandparents enjoyed the roast immensely. I felt vegetarian options were limited but at least the desserts were wonderful!
The service was incredibly slow, I think we arrived at their busiest time for breakfast. We got our juice straight away but the coffees took forever as did actually ordering our breakfast. Once ordered though it arrived pretty quickly and tasted delicious. I especially loved the black pudding, it was perfect.
Excellent place for food and rooms. Great spacious family room based in central location. Breakfast was included in our rate and was great value, large portions using high quality produce and so really tasty. All clean and comfortable and would return.
