We visited at around 11:40 on 15th October. The first lady who served us and took our order was lovely and friendly. The younger lady who made me the wrong drink was rude. I ordered a hot chocolate, she made a coffee. Then continued making other drinks, until my partner asked if she was making mine. She said she was making a hot chocolate with caramel. Not mine, I explained I'd ordered a hot chocolate, not a coffee. She went to check what I'd ordered as though I was lying about what I'd actually asked for I don't drink coffee and eventually made what I'd ordered and slammed it down. No apology, nothing. And to top it off, her faffing and getting the order wrong meant we missed our train. Manners cost nothing, so it might be worth teaching this member of staff some.

Great fast service. We were coming home from a long day at Alton Towers so just needed a coffee to keep us going! Also needed to refill my water bottle, which was all squished up in my bag from going on the rides. The kind barista offered me a plastic cup of water with ice to go on my journey instead! 10/10 service :

The coffee itself is average, but the cashier there Lara is amazing. Friendly, caring and attentive, even it was late afternoon of a dark, gloomy day.

my caramel frappe was absolutely mouth watering and phenomenal. it is a lovely atmosphere and the people are welcoming.  me and my friends waited at the coffee place as we were an hour early for our train. it was fabulous service and scrumptious. 10/10.

I was first told that the advertised poster of £2 for a sausage sandwich and Hot drink was untrue. Apparently it’s £2 plus the price of the drink so very misleading. I then got a regular slush for £2.85 and was surprised when handed the smallest cup possible, is the small and shot? Absolute scam and rip off, wont be going again

It's very rare I can drink a cappuccino in stoke as I'm lactose, not only did they have oatmilk my preferred but the portion size was huge, big fan and will come back .. I have no idea how idea they can make it that fast too

Great service! Only had 10 minutes before my train and there was a que of around 7/8 people and Lauren the only staff member working sped through every customer and kept a very friendly and positive approach! She was extremely speedy and made quality coffee at the same time! Very impressed and think she is an asset to your team! Very grateful I didn’t miss my train and could still get a brew! I have come inside in need of caffeine, sweet pastry and a plug which I could all find. The coffee was better than expected, I ordered a blueberry muffin which was fairly good only it left me with a funny feeling on my tongue. The cashier was very sweet, swift with my order and helpful. This little coffee room will be surely my favourite spot to wait for a train when I travel from Manchester through Stoke again.

Just grabbed a tea. Asked for extra milk. I get drain water lol. No service with a smile miserable staff. Get someone who is happy and great fil to have a job  £2.49 for a cuppa dish water.

The two ladies were so welcoming and helpful. As a coffee drinker for a long time! I fancied a change before my daily commute and they helped me make a change.  They made time to chat and were so friendly. I usually get a drink when I arrive in Manchester! Will definitely be switching to the station x
