Fantastic cafe, their food is delicious and their coffee is great, staff are nice, friendly amd hard working. Ample seating, though not opening the downstairs toilet for customers is a bore because the bottom toilets are for POOING! Looks like you're gonna have ta penguin walk back home Thanks a lot COVID.
Very nice experience. If you're vegetarian or vegan, try their vegan sausage roll and have a range of non dairy coffee selection as well. The only downside were desserts. None of them vegetarian except fudge cake-which btw was great! Will be coming back for more
There's several really miserable staff here who are extremely rude and aggressive. food is nice but expensive however the attitude of some of the staff far overrides anything else they really need some customer service training, there are ways and means to talk to people I for one won't be going back

Hot and tasty breakfast enjoy the down stairs as it's more chilled out and calm

Terrible service, staff all over the place, no condiments offered, had to return my food has it was stone cold in centre, brought it back but never checked to see if it was ok, staff are in desperate need of customer service training, food very poor but expensive for what you get. Won't be returning
