We had a fantastic stay at Rooks Hill, the hostess Lin, was extremely welcoming and helpful. The house is in a great location, brilliant for access to Chichester and Goodwood. Our room and facilities were top class, and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be going back.

Top notchbplace. Clean, equipped with all the amenities and right in front of a free house. Private parking available wirh fuel pump and stores just down the road. Run by a gentleman who followed through to see if I needed anything

Lovely host running a lovely B&B on his own so little issues such as dusty blinds; electric socket not working are overlooked.

Great place to stay, very welcoming and accomodating. Couldn't find one thing to fault. Thank you!
