Lovely traditional chip shop. Fish are tasty & enormous! Large portions of lovely chips. Good sized menu on offer. Friendly smiling staff too. Can recommend.

Great staff very friendly, amazing food. The gravy is amazing as well I hate gravy with lumps but the gravy here is smooth n lump free. Keep up the amazing food and keep them smiles going. If you havnt tried it before please go and try if u have being before it got taken over then go try it now it has the new owners u will be happy

This was my first time visiting the Rookery since the new owners took over, what a difference! The fish was the best I've tasted in Stoke and the staff were very friendly and polite! I will definitely be coming again!

Excellent the breaded fish cooked to perfection great service , excellent  value for money , a great Daughter and mother team have created a fantastic fish and chip shop  I highly recommend it , Yammas
