DO NOT leave your bike here. stolen right in front of the camera on the platform inside the station. I approached the workers but they didn’t care. They didn’t look at the camera and didn’t want to hear. They laughed and said it’s not our problem, the lock was cut off right in front of their noses and stolen, but they don’t care about that. Why do workers need so many people there if you don’t see someone using a grinder that could cause a fire? And they also do strikes for reasons that are not clear. to stand in one place all together and talk.

Staff shut the gates on a person in a wheel chair because there was a tiny fight.nnDisgraceful and disgusting behaviour! Never seen anything like how the staff here reacted.nnAlso blocking travel to many many other people.nnTurns out they didn’t close one tiny side entrance but didn’t tell anyone clearly waiting at the entrance this.nnUseless.nnPretty station otherwise.
Not a bad station, it does get rather busy due to the location and what it caters to.nnThere are a few things nearby, so perfect for a day/night out.nnThe services you can use are Overground, TfL Rail and greateranglia but there are a handful of local bus stops located right outside or nearby too.nnNot bad.
DO not buy Advance tickets all Staff here accept 1 Member of staff called David knows how to sell them to customers its really bad customer service.nAlso there are really stupud rules you cant buy Advance tickets before 12.00 reason being case its busy but the crazy thing is you have 2 or 3 staff serving.nMany times i go in morning ticket desks are empty you still cant buy them.nBut if went to Shenfield Ticket office i can buy Advance Ticket anytime and theres less staff serving there. Wheres the logic in that.nnAlso Member of staff at Romford ticket desk often wearing no name badge is Rude Tall skinny older guy.
