Our band reggae deluxe had used Rogue recording studios before when they were located in Bermondsey and had always been very happy with our experiences there. Our latest recording session at their new venue in Wembley was equally good as well. It was such an enjoyable and fun evening. From the moment we arrived we received such a warm welcome from the studio engineer Mikey. He really was excellent and such a helpful and friendly host. When a band are recording they usually would only work on one song at a time and would quite often record the songs pretty much instrument by instrument with the aim of achieving a perfect production. Our session this time was different though as we just wanted to have fun and play the songs live together as a band and record them. Mikey was still very thorough though in trying to set everything up in such a way as to get the very best sound for us and he went to great trouble with his setting up of the equipment. Having not played together for well over a year because of the covid 19 pandemic it was just great to be able to play together again and there was a really nice relaxed vibe in the studio which put us all at ease. It was great value for money as well for such a high spec studio with such a skilled engineer. For an enjoyable value for money yet professional recording experience we wouldn't hesitate to use Rogue recording studio again. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent.
Great environment to work in. Mikey was superb excellent sound and organised recording.
Went there to do a drum session recently. Nice cosy place with a decent kit and a small live room that sounded good. Michael, the engineer, made me feel very comfortable. Work went very smoothly and the musicians I was playing for were very happy with the results. Recommended.
I can't honestly say enough nice things about the guys here. Alessio is the only engineer I will ever record acoustic drums with, he helps me bring out the best, even when I'm not at my best. Would recommend, although in doing so the calendar will be fuller, this means less slots for me, well they deserve it. Top class
Very productive day. Big thanks to Michael Kew, who really put us at our ease, and for the very best out of us. Came away with some great recordings. Totally surpassed our expectations.
Have worked with Alessio a number of times for recording tabla/vocals and mixing an album at Rogue studios. Best I have come across. Great equipment, tidy clean facilities, well priced, and Alessio is so knowledgeable. 10/10 experience all around. Highly recommended.
It's well priced. But the gear in there is beaten to hell- used a couple of rooms and some channels don't work on the desks. My biggest issue with this practice space is the signal noise you seem to get from electrical interference. I am under the personal belief that if you charge additional fees to borrow drums that the drums should be in a playable order. All the heads are destroyed
My dance group and I have become regular users at this studio as we rehearse here every Friday evenings. The people here are very kind and helpful by assisting us, if we have any questions, in order to make our experience a very delightful one. : We would like to say thank you to the manager Andrea Love, VIXEN101
