Nice little car park. After waiting a few minutes a space became available. We waited an hour in the queue for Regent Arcade car park and decided to go to this one. Great idea as we got in quicker. Would recommend.
It’s a car park. Ok no of spaces but not huge. About a 5 min walk to high street
An ample car park with many spaces, however, I don't see the point of charging after 6pm. , I left around 6:30pm and there was only another car apart from mine.nThey force you to pay beforehand, but most of the times you don't know exactly how long you're going to stay after all, most people using this car park, is visiting the village for the day, so you overpay just in case, or you have to come back to pay for more time.nThe PaybyPhone app should be a solution for this, but it wanted to charge me £10.35 for two hours instead of the correct £3.
2nd Oct needed to park here for concert in Town Hall. None of the machines were working. I don’t use a mobile so the app is pointless. Needed to go to the multi storey but you can’t access it once you enter this car park due to the stupid island in the middle of the road. I would have had to loop around the town to get back to it.
Handy little car park, especially as there are less spaces in the Regent Arcade car park at the moment!
