Parked here and paid for parking, received an £80 fine. Appealed the fine, with evidence of a bank statement. The appeal was rejected no reason given and a reduced payment of £40 was offered. Given the hassle of appealing and potentially further conflict over a paid parking ticket, I settled for the reduced fee. DO NOT park here, it is a scam.
SCAM sent my husband a fine despite us purchasing a ticket and leaving an hour before the time ran out. They rejected our appeal despite sending a picture of the ticket for the correct date, time and registration but they are saying there machine has no record of the transaction.

Half the carpark is flat, the other, less so, be prepared to drive over some pretty massive portholes!nPrice wise, about right for it's location, can be paid for with multiple apps, I used Ringo, no issuesnPerfect location for walking into town and it's also close to the brewery quarter
My car has an 'Off-Road' button that I hardly ever use. The north place car park is where I use it most often, just to deal with the massive potholes.nnIf you have a low car, don't bother. It's been getting worse and worse and they just don't care.nnThe only good thing is that it's big, fairly cheap and convenient.nnEdit:nIn reply to the owner, you are correct that you can park on the right hand side and it's less potholed. What you omitted mention was in the entrance of the car park has massive potholes before you can get to the right hand side, so the point is null.nWhen I'm in town in my little Mazda MX5 I will never ever park here because I'm genuinly frightened i'm going to bottom out and smash the sump. Any lowish sports car will stuggle.
